Episode 043: Self Care

Natalie’s Christmas Spaghetti
16 oz spaghetti noodles - boil and set aside
In the same pot (after noodles are out) - sauté 1 chopped sweet onion and some chopped garlic if I have it
Then add:
2 cans/boxes of diced tomatoes
1 jar of pasta sauce (In like Rao’s)
add sugar and salt to taste (sugar essential, I know)
Once sauce is warmed and tastes good - add noodles back, stir
Place it all in a casserole dish, cover with foil, refrigerate
When ready: 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
