Natalie Crawford, MD is a fertility doctor, health educator, and entrepreneur living in Austin, Texas.
Unlike many physicians, Natalie has a whole body approach to medicine – fusing lifestyle and functional medicine with science backed facts to help people conceive and understand their bodies.
Dr. Crawford has helped thousands of patients and followers learn about their bodies and their fertility, empowering them with education and learning to advocate for themselves in their own fertility journeys. Natalie also hosts the successful As a Woman Podcast with over 4 million downloads.

About Natalie:
Natalie Crawford, MD is co-founder of Fora Fertility, a boutique fertility practice in Austin, Texas and is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). She is an Affiliate Clinical Professor of Women’s Health at the University of Texas Dell Medical School. Dr. Crawford completed her undergraduate education at Auburn University obtaining a degree in Nutrition Science, solidifying a strong passion in nutrition and lifestyle factors on reproductive health.
Dr. Crawford received her Medical Degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, followed by Residency Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of North Carolina while concurrently obtaining a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research.
She is passionate about educating and empowering women and promotes fertility awareness through her multiple social media platforms, her You Tube channel “Natalie Crawford, MD”, and she is the host of the “As a Woman” podcast. Dr. Crawford is also a co-founder of Pinnacle: Women in Medicine, which promotes community and leadership for women in medicine.
Dr. Crawford has been name to the “Top Doctors” and “Top Doctors for Women” every year since 2020 by Austin Monthly. She won “Best Fertility Specialist in Austin” by the 2019 Austin Birth awards and was the recipient of the 2019 Hope Award for Social Influence by Resolve: The National Infertility Association. She was named one of Austin’s top 40 under 40 in 2020 for her work empowering women. She is married to Austin native Jason Crawford, and they have 2 young children.

I moved around when I was young but mostly grew up in Georgia. I love sweet tea, fried okra, monograms, and college football.

I see patients at our boutique fertility practice, Fora Fertility, in Austin, Texas where we offer patient consultations and all treatment options including ovulation induction, controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfers (FET), and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). In all new patient consultations, a considerable portion of time is spent on education about fertility and infertility.
The foundation of Fora Fertility is that your fertility care should be as tailored to you as possible. Small and personal, boutique and individualized, at Fora we provide expert medical care using the most advanced, state of the art treatments. Your fertility journey will be an empowering experience with a patient centered approach led by your Fora Fertility physicians, Dr. Amanda Skillern and Dr. Natalie Crawford.

*Please note that Fora Fertility will see patients from all over the US who are willing and able to travel to Austin, TX for fertility care. Fora is a partner practice, where both doctors manage all patient in cycle. If you live outside the state of Texas, Dr. Skillern will be your primary MD in the practice as Dr. Crawford only sees patients who live in Texas.
